Galaxy 12.2 from at&t is still on 4.4.2 and won't update

[AC Question]

I just bought it used and looked for the newest update and the tablet will not let me update. Everything below "Device Name" and under is appearing grey like it wont let me click on it. The model # is p907A. The device is unrooted, I downloaded an app to check and it did not find one. I tried Samsung Kies to help it said that 4.4.2 was the latest softeware!!!! Please help

Because no update was released by AT&T for it. The update for that particular model is nonexistent.
