Welcome to Android Central! Is this an S3, Note 3, Ace 3, or some other model?

Is the touchscreen not responding to anything? Is it stuck on the lockscreen? You can always force a shutdown by pulling the battery for 10 seconds, then reinserting it and powering on normally.
