    So i had a samsung galaxy 4 for severL years, i waited until the note had an expandible memory slot. It finaly came. So it has a problem or 2. They want me to turn my Phone in. 1st update i can only charge it to 60 percent, the second update i haven't insyalled. They want the phone to poer down permanently. I dont wannt to trade it in for something i donr want. What should i do??

    Well they're disabling for a reason, because it's a fire hazard. If you read the news and announcements, if you had turned it in, they'll give you the S7 Edge plus a free VR headset, plus Samsung was willing to slash the price in half for the Note8 for people who turned the phone in. But you kept your Note and refused, and that phone will be getting another update that will either shut it down completely or limit the battery to 30% charge to prevent explosions. There's nothing you can do really, aside from you should have turned it in months ago.
