I have TMobile and a Samsung S5. At some point, I recorded a announcement for my phone before I switched to Tmobile Visual Voicemail. The problem I'm having is blocked callers hear this old message and I can't tell how I can erase or delete it. It seems that when I switched to vendor voicemail, the options to access internal announcements were removed.

I'm just guessing what happened - it's been years since I recorded that first announcement, so I'm not exactly sure on the history. But the key point is that it's only played to blocked callers.

Your voice mail app may be limiting your options.
Try directly calling into the voicemail system.
If that does not work, you will need to contact your carrier.
