Texts delivered is gibberish only some times ?

I have Android Alcatel phone- Tracphone-

when I send text - sometimes receiver gets it gibberish- without the content. Few minutes later- send to the same person- No Problem !! So what could be wrong ??

A better description of "gibberish" would be helpful.
What carrier are you using?

For example, a few months ago AT&T had a bad software update applied to their backend servers that was making lots of texts look like Chinese.
