Cant access my google account on my samsungJ3

[AC Question]

I can sign in to my account on my laptop but not on my Samsung J3 ? Phone recently was sent away for screen repair now i can't use it because i can't sign in, i enter exact same username & password as on my laptop ?? Please can any one help

Welcome to Android Central! What happens on the phone -- does it tell you the account information is incorrect? Do you get some other error message? Did you change your password within the last 72 hours? Is 2-step authentication turned on?
