I need help with my secirity lock, but it seems that my options are greyed out

AC Question

This is a Galaxy S5, and yesterday it suddenly prompted me with a password lockscreen. I had it enabled one time before, so I put my same password in. Now I just want to disable it, but I can't. The option, NONE, is greyed out and reads, Turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you encrypt your phone? Or are there any work/corporate email accounts associated with the phone? These would all require the phone to have a password.

If the answers to the above are all no, then go to Settings>Security>Clear Credentials, and see if that does anything.
