Has anyone's moto z force randomly restarted then bricked during the restart?

[AC Question]

During the random restart my phone had two purple/pink vertical lines going down the left side of the screen then didn't complete the restart. The screen went black and the phone became completely bricked. The power button and down volume buttons do nothing. It is entirely bricked.
