    Began getting Mobile Network Not Working message when I tried to make a call sometime after 1 Jan 2017. Callers say they were getting VoiceMail Not Setup message. Saw Notifications indicated the 'SIM was from an unknown source'. Checked all the Network settings and CCellular advises they are correct. Removed and reinstalled SIM card and battery, no change. Called Verizon who says they have not done anything, even checked IMIE number. Any ideas why phone service stopped the first of the year? CC has no clue. Stumped as no changes were made to phone between last of December 2016 and January of 2017
