Removing built in apps from Samsung Galaxy J1

I need to free up memory but i keep getting the message that if i do this then it could affect other apps. there is so much on there that I don't use. Help please....

Welcome to the forums. If you are unsure which apps to remove, I suggest using an app like SystemAppUninstaller found on the play store. The one by Jumobile will tell you which ones are safe to remove. Also, it has a recycle bin so if you remove something and then face issues, you can restore apps.

Root access is required.
