Encryption unsuccessful Help

[AC Question]

I have a ASUS MeMo Pad ME173x and the screen says "Encryption unsuccessful" and the data is no longer accessible. Then it says to perform a factory reset. Did that, did not work. Same screen comes back. I even did the factory reset using the sim card formatted fat 32 and the two files from the ASUS site for the ME172, still did not work. It could be the file was for the ME172, and mine is a ME173x. The same screen appears "Encryption unsuccessful" after doing the sim card boot. Is there files that I can put on the sim card for my memo pad?

Can you please help my Memo Pad ME173x?
