Airplane mode causing S7 to overheat.

Recently when ever I turn on airplane mode on my Galaxy S7 my phone starts to overheat. Only when I have it on airplane mode. I tried updating but there isn't any updates for it.

Normally when a phone overheat it's because an app is using battery or is functioning incorrectly. activate airplane mode for at least 30 minutes then go to settings, Scroll down to battery and tap the battery usage button. Take a look at recent battery usage section and see if you can find any app with more percentage then screen. Chances are that app is causing the phone to overheat and drain battery.
