Ever since the last update, my phone (Droid Turbo with Verizon) will not automatically connect to saved unsecured WiFi. It has no issue with saved secured WiFi. I have to go into my settings and connect manually, and even then, it likes to disconnect. I'm on a college campus where the only WiFi available is unsecured, so having to reconnect every time I walk into a new building is quite annoying and eating up my data. Any idea on how to fix it?
Also since the last update, I have to turn off drawing over other apps for Facebook messenger every time another app wants a permission granted, due to a screen overlay. I don't know if this has anything to do with the wifi issue.
