Problem with the sound level of Samsung

Hello
I have a problem in my new mobile when I use the app “Record my call”, because the sound increases very much and, when talking to someone, it almost seems I am in high voice. This happens with a Samsung J5 2016.
In my old mobile, an Alcatel Idol Mini, it never happened.
Is it possible to solve this problem?
