According to my searches, which point to you needing a bridge (software) between the device and the computer.. Typically referred to as a driver which acts as a bridge between the two devices and allows one to talk/communicate with the other.
Although Blu's official site doesn't offer this type of driver, I have seen other sites which do. However and because I've never had to create a bridge like this, I can't suggest one driver over another. In this case I would suggest that you contact Blu via their support page and see what they suggest.
