Continuing to get 'No Command' after intervention.

AC Question

Hello, I have an LG Nexus 5 I do believe (I bought it some years ago), and I don't usually update my system as it requires too much space on my SD. Today I had cleared enough room and while I was out and about, it started to update. It seemingly got stuck in the update mode, so I attempted to intervene but I couldn't turn it off and it simply just took roughly 2 hours. After the update, when I turned on my phone I found the 'No Command' screen and if I left it, it does a reboot loop.

So later on I found out that it's recovery mode, and I enter through the Power button followed by the Up Volume button. I tried clearing the cache partition, which didn't fix it and then tried to do a factory reset, which also has not fixed the problem. I'm unsure as to what the next step should be, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
