what to do if my fingerprint isn't recognizable?

i have an S6 phone but my fingerprint is being unrecognizable and the backup password is said to be wrong and i am not able to login/unlock it with my google account! :'(

Welcome to the forums! Is the fingerprint scanner free of dirt? Sometimes a sweaty or wet finger may cause wonkiness, or if the scanner itself is dirty.

With regards to the password, have you tried a couple multiple ones? Is this a PIN or a letter password?
