Does a Moto E LTE Phone have a 'note' or feature for storing simple lists or files?

On my older Android there is a 'Office' feature for keeping lists or notes to myself. Does the Moto E LTE have a feature like that?

You can always download Google Keep if it's not preinstalled.

Welcome to Android Central! Agreed -- use Google Keep. I generally avoid preinstalled note-taking apps, because they often don't sync or backup anywhere, and their note files are proprietary and not easily transferred to other devices.
