how to turn off telephone answering

I recently had to reset my S3 Neo to factory condition, and have since been unable to stop the phone from going to answerphone if a call is unanswered. Despite TPS registration I have been receiving calls from marketing companies and have to call up the answerphone service. The settings offers the option to change the forwarding service to another telephone number, but no option to disable answerphone.

I'm not familiar with the term of answerphone that you are using... Are you referring that to voice-mail? Voice-mail can be controlled by contacting your service provider and letting them know you do not want voice mail.
