This problem has been bugging me for weeks, my sdcard which is formatted many times. It still turns into RAW format even though I eject the sdcard before removing it. After a format I use my sdcard to see it has turned into RAW again, happens everytime. I dont want to replace my sdcard yet but I will buy if necessary.

I am not sure I understand your question. RAW format is an image file format, i.e. a digital negative that has lossless compression compared to a JPEG file. It is not the file system of the card itself, like FAT32 for instance.

"Raw" file system is not so much a file system format as the lack of it.
Very old-school for when it was used that way for fast disk access.

Raw files are data dumps from the digital camera sensors.

We need a more detailed description of what is going on.

    Which phone?
    Which version of android?
    Which carrier?
    Which micro SD card?
