Samsung core prime not factory resetting

Helo there. i have Samsung core prime sm g360h . i am constantly getting error . unfortunatly play services has stopped and process com.google. gapps stopped. then i thought I should factory reset . when i factory reset it responded after multiple clicks . android deleting appers and in 1 second its gone. in short it didnt reset as welcome screen didnt came and it directly goes to home screen. same goes with volume up power and home key. same result then I thought to update play services . and from that the error of play services gone but not that g apps error also when i open chrome it says chrome has stoped and chrome is not upgrading also because it says package has diff signature . then i connect my device with pc and its connected but it doesnot connected with kies or odin . so now i am not able to reset or restore or upgrade my firmware. ota also says network not avalible although i am connected to wifi. plz help me I have android 4.4
