Following nougat update, the stock dialer is a white screen when receiving or making calls.

HTC 10, nougat update, I have created a theme which previews the change to the keyboard colours and the dialer shows background image when receiving a call. Although the theme correctly sets the keyboard design, it is bright white when making and receiving calls. Theme preview doesn't seem to be applying fully.

Any ideas anyone ?
