Welcome to the forums. Depending on the camera application, it may be in Settings. I haven't seen this in the stock Google camera app, but it may be in OEM options.

This info is automatically contained in the image file as part of the EXIF data (with lots of other data).
Are you looking to have it "printed" on the image like the old point-n-shoot cameras used to do?
