Bluetooth and wifi can't turn on. Green faint colour when you try to turn on wifi

I have a Huawei P8 lite phone that has a problem. The wifi and bluetooth cannot turn on at all but everything else is working perfectly.Hotspot also cannot turn on. what might be the problem and how can i solve it? Please help a brother.

I have the same problem and yes I had recently updated it. The bluetooth went first, followed by WIFI and then hotspot. I have done factory reset and network reset and it still doesn't work. Huawei P8 Lite
Any help?
