Welcome to Android Central! If you accidentally booted into Odin Mode, then force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 10-15 seconds. This is safe as long as you aren't actively downloading a firmware file from your computer via USB.
If it keeps booting into Odin Mode, then your Vol Down button might be faulty, and constantly registering as being pressed. So when you try to power on normally, it thinks you're pressing both Power and Vol Down, which boots into Odin Mode.
