My HTC One M8 does not read the SD after battery outage

My phone died @ 16% battery, lately once the battery drops below 25% it plummets, goin down to 18, then 16% then boom, dead. Ignoring that, I charged it up then turned it on again, to see all of my widgets were gone and all apps I had moved to the sd were "not installed" and were shown with a grey android icon. The SD itself is readable from the PC, and the app file folders are still there (Fallout Shelter, for example, has its folder still intact, albeit it shows empty on my Windows 7 PC)

I am using a 16 g SanDisk Micro SD. Help please??
