Hello everyone, this is my first time posting on my forum so forgive any errors.
So, yesterday the pedometer on S Health decided to randomly stop counting my steps. It worked in the morning, however in the afternoon it suddenly decided to stop. Yesterday it was not counting my steps at all, so I tried uninstalling updates ad re-installing, and updating my phone to the latest version. Now, here's the strange thing. Today, it seems like my pedometer will work, unless I open up the S Health app, then it stops again. Very strange problem. I'm on an s5, latest software update, and I have updated S Health to the latest version. I downloaded the phone tester app, and the numbers on accelerometer (Is that the name?) started changing as I moved my phone around. Does anybody know any solutions to this strange problem?
