why google play service won't let me sign-in. alway says

Everything was fine untill i mistakenly uninstalled google play store and google play service which are both system apps on my tecno L5 (android lollipop 5.1), then I searched and download both of the apps from google and reinstalled them but when I try signing into my google account, this annoying error message "unfortunately google play service has stopped" would pop-up which makes it impossible to sign-in into my Google account. i have even moved it to system app, clearing caches force closing the app even factory resetting my phone but all prove abortive. And without google account most of my important apps won't run. Right now i don't have both the play store and play service on phone because I don't know how to get the compatible ones for my phone.. Please how do I fix this error,, help!!!!!!
