Reject vs Blocked

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Note5, I rejected a number accidentally. The number is not blocked because I have wenf in fo settings and it's not showing blocked. But everytime I try to call it doesn't go trough; the only way I know that I've missed a call is when I go to my call log. I have talked to Samsung and to Sprint, niether could help me. I just want to communicate with my brother. Sprint CS told me to take my phone to a service center.

Try complete deleting the contact, and re entering, perhaps slightly differently....
