Verizon, Note 5: Updates

Why do I keep getting updates every single day? No other has been like this. Anything in settings I can do?

What kind of updates are you referring to? Are these system updates or app updates?

Thanks for the reply. These are system updates. I am currently running Android 6.0.1. Yesterday I received two updates. BTW, I am a new member and my SN is WartHog354.
