really need help about battery life...

My phone always sudden dry from 45% to 0% , and when my battery fully charge always fast dryning .. But when i try to charge 25% dryining battery is normal, i need help there something wrong with my battery or indicator from my phone...

It could be either. A remote diagnosis is difficult. Does the battery ever give good usage of the device?
