Anyone have a solution to music playing skipping when phone is in pocket?

Keeping my phone in my pants pocket, either the volume buttons, power button, or home buttons (or combination of all three), cause the music track to skip and sometimes lose connectivity with my Bluetooth headset.

Is there an APP or fix to lock everything, so I can stop the skipping and disconnecting?
