Weird GT problem.

Hi.

I have 2 GT P7500.

One is not booting up at all (Power + VolumneUp doesn't work either).

Second one is displaying this:

AccessParamData: Fail to NVstormGRPartitionQuerryStat [err:0x3]
OpenParam: Fail to AccessParamData_read [err:0x3]
Error -> NVAbootGetPartitionParameters [err:0x4]
AccessParamData: Fail to NVstormGRPartitionQuerryStat [err:0x3]

Error -> SetParam(ParamIndex_secure) [err:0x3]

Am I correct in assuming both (or at least second one) got badly flashed and is bricked?
