I have bought and downloaded a movie on my tablet and it will not play?

Does the movie start playing or do you get an error before the movie begins to play? Might be your phone doesn't support the codecs of the movie, or the download file is corrupt. Try Mxplayer to play the movie as it handles almost all codecs, or download the movie again to make sure you don't have a corrupted file.
