Samsung cloud wont sync with my phone s7 after factory reset

[AC Question]

I backed everything up on Samsung Cloud, then factory reset my phone. went back to samsung cloud to sync to get all media/contacts etc back but it keeps saying 'failed to sync data. a network error has occured. tap retry to try agian.' I have removed the samsung account and readded it, but it still didnt work. Tried everything thats been suggested on different forums but still no luck. Any suggestions ?
