Android icon that allows selective termination of running

icon has a green circle with a number in it.
when you tap the circle it list apps that are running and allows selective termination of each. It's name is active applications version1.0.0

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? It sounds like some kind of RAM manager or app killer. Have you downloaded any similar app? What happens if you long press that icon?
