Locked myself out of Galaxy S7 (still logged in)

Hey guys, this may seems noobish....I usually write down my passwords before I enter them into the device...but in this brain fart I created a password screen lock which I immediately forgot because it was way too long. I installed an app that will keep my phone unlocked and the screen is always on, but I can't figure out wtf the password was...is there a workaround? I assume not, and after extensive googling I have arrived here...please help. I same all my numbers to the phone itself so I REALLY don't want to do a factory reset. If anyone has any idea, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Hi,
If your phone is still unlocked I recommend backing everything up, so if you have to Facrory reset you won't lose anything.
I can't offer any advise on how to bypass the current password.
