Facebook app and Galaxy S4

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and Facebook's app keep crashing which will have my phone reboot every time. Now my Facebook app's text/font is all messed up where I cannot read anything. I have tried cleaning the cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, setting everything to default settings. HELP.....my phone has been rebooting even if Facebook crashes with the tab still open. It is every time that i bring up FAcebook too. Thank you all for your advice.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you only clear the app cache for Facebook, or did you wipe the system cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27777. If you didn't do the latter, give it a try -- it won't erase any personal data.

Yes, I did all that. Still the same thing. I cleared the cache for the phone and for facebook....still same problem.

How about clearing the data for the Facebook app? You'll have to log back in with your account, of course.
