lg pro lite software problems

HI. i have an lg prolite and its been tripping. have been getting error messages saying certain apps have stopped working.. for example google play service , com.android.phone and other apps dat i know are importan to the software. i have tried clearing the cache.. i have restarted my phone, i have reset my phone more dan 5 times already.. hard reset also.. i have connect to the lg pc suite and lg mobile support tool and did restore upgrade errors... i honestly dont know what else to do and wondering if anybody has had the same problem with the lg pro lite or any lg or android in particular.. Please im desperate
