Stock camera app only has auto mode available

I'm trying to use any of the other modes for the stock samsung camera app. I remember using them a few months back but as of now "Auto" is the only visible option. I've tried installing others from the Samung app, clearing the camera app data & cache, rebooting the phone, etc. without success.

The phone isn't in "Easy Mode" so that shouldn't be the problem. I'm on ver 5.0.95 of the camera app and Android 6.0.1

Does anyone know how to fix this?
