Is it my SD card the problem?

I recently bought a Team Group SD card on my Samsung Galaxy J5 phone. The SD card isn't working on the phone. But when I tried it on another android phone (that isn 't Samsung) it worked. Please what can I do?

If you put the card into a card reader, does your computer see it and read it and write it?
