How can i fix my wi-fi and data that keeps turning on automatically?

My phones huawei honor bee or y5c (y541). Just downloaded something on playstore and it went like that. Tried rebooting and checking all unnecessary files but still doing the same thing. Please some help would be greatly apprecciated

Have a peek in developers options. There are some aggressive WiFi options there...
