Using the stock calendar app, you can't.
The best one I've found is called DigiCal.

The Calendar Agenda version is free, and gives you a pretty good feel of how it works.
Works with Google Calendar, stock calendar, Exchange, Outlook. If you use other services such as Yahoo, you just need to have the yahoo mail app on your phone, so you can add the account.
After the accounts are setup, it will sync between them.
When I create, modify or delete an event on my Google calendar, it syncs with my AT&T webmail calendar as well (essentially a Yahoo account), and my outlook.com address as well.
