Receiving an MMS opens a group message - Zenphone 3 android messenger.

[AC Question]

SMS works fine, but when someone sends me a picture it opens a new group message. In this group is me, them and me.

I know this is ghetto as hell, but a friend of mine can send an MMS (and receive SMS) when she doesn't have minutes.

So a message looks like this.

Her: whatever she says:

my response :me

me: my response.

It does it from everyone, not just her. That's just the most annoying one.
Help?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a Google Voice number as well, which your cell number is associated with? I wonder if it's counting your cell number and Google Voice number as two different members of the group message.
