Blu Energy X 2 Screen Black, No Turn On

Blue Energy X 2 screen is completely black. When I hold the power button it makes two vibrations after a few seconds. When I hold power and volume up buttons at the same time, the screen lights up, but does not do anything else. The battery does not have water damage.
