Why am I getting this error message"uh oh! we have encountered an issue?

I downloaded bit emoji and when I tried to login got an error message, "uh oh! we have encountered an issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean the Bitmoji app? Did you install it from Google Play Store, or from some other source? If the latter, it's possible it's not compatible with your phone. The Play Store wouldn't let you install it if it weren't compatible.

If you did install it from the Play Store, then try emailing their support: support@bitstrips.com
