If the memory (where apps run) is full, there is no problem because Android likes full memory.

If the internal storage is full, you need to fix that.
If the tablet accepts an SD card, insert one and move all your pictures, music, videos, and documents to it.
If the tablet does not accept an SD card, you need to delete some media files you don't need and/or uninstall some apps you don't use.
