Why do i have to sign in on google play acount but i alteady did and it says authentication reqired

How can i fix google play when it says authentication required to sign in to your google play acount when i already did?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you successfully signed into your Google account on the phone? If you go to Settings>Accounts and tap Google, does it show that your account is syncing correctly?

Do you have multiple Google accounts, or just one?
