    Probably not. Cricket uses AT&T - GSM and different bands than Verizon uses (Verizon uses CDMA - totally different technology). According to my spec list, the Verizon phone doesn't have GSM capability, so it won't work on Cricket.

    The newer Verizon phones do in fact have compatible bands to use on ATT and cricket but you won't get LTE. I've used the moto z droid in cricket with no issues. Might want to check the bands on the phone or If you already have a cricket SIM card would just pop it in and see what happens.
