In My phone downloading is not happening

It's showing download paused. And even after half an hour it is still same status. When checked in apps manager it is showing zero storage for download

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, select Download Manager, then Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if the problem persists.
